Hi! I’m Bartłomiej Czubak, the founder of Acoustic Masters. My journey, which began with music and the guitar, led me into the world of acoustics—first as a passion, then as an area of academic research and analysis, and ultimately as a professional calling.

It all started in my teenage years—a first rock concert and the beginning of my fascination with music. I couldn’t stay passive, so I quickly picked up the guitar—first concerts, learning to handle stress, and public performances. I threw myself into the deep end! Over the years, my passion for music grew, leading to TV appearances, larger concerts, international jazz tours in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, and winning the national competition – Solo Życia, where I received the grand prize from the bassist of well-known Polish band – Budka Suflera.

Along the way, my passion for sound expanded beyond music. I built my first recording studio from scratch, recording numerous bands and artists. My path toward the physics of sound became more serious when I pursued a degree in acoustic engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. This was a time of deep learning in acoustics, research projects, scientific papers, and conferences (ISSET, OSKA, and KSKNPG). For over two years, I worked with Polish Radio as a sound engineer. As president of a scientific association, I participated in various conferences and projects, gaining valuable professional experience. This journey culminated in earning a Master of Science in Engineering degree in acoustics.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience, leading to numerous projects. I have collaborated on and supervised acoustic projects for brands such as Airbus, Allegro, mBank, and Polish Radio, with my publications featured in national media, including TVN, POLSAT, moto.pl, and Property Design. I conduct acoustic training sessions in Poland and abroad—in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, and the UK. Observing everyday life, construction, the omnipresent noise, and the industry itself led me to realize my own vision—Acoustic Masters, where we innovatively measure and predict sound. We design and educate with passion. We talk about sound in the simplest way possible while maintaining the highest level of expertise.

Today, I have the privilege of living my passion, which is also my profession. A passion where I combine two seemingly opposite fields—art and engineering. I regularly participate as an expert in conferences and discussion panels that attract a broad audience. I am a member of the Polish Acoustical Society and share my knowledge by lecturing at the Warsaw Academy of Sound Engineering, where I train young sound professionals. And I never forget about music—the foundation of it all. Together with friends, I develop the Szymborska Jazz Poems project and collaborate as a sound engineer with the Polish band Łzy.
